The back of the out building/garage at this property is a long standing dumping ground for trash and discarded junk. At this point Animals are living in it. Also I can see the blight from my house. To make the eyesore worse, a low fence that used to be there has fallen down in front of it adding to the trash and dumping. Can the tenant be asked to please clean this out?
