I drive Des Moines Memorial Dr at ~ 4am. The light at S 188th has always changed with-in 30 seconds until recently. Now it takes 2-3 minutes and 5 cars in line to get the light to change.
Des Moines Memorial Dr and 200th seems to have changed the priority to 200th so there is usually a couple cars on Des Moines Memorial waiting waiting for the light, with no cars on 200th
