Description

The is a bicycle belonging to CitiBike that is left vacant across on the Jersey City sidewalk from 330 Terrace Avenue. The bike maybe a stolen bike. This residential area does not have Citibike racks and the Bike maybe stolen. I would like the police or city crew to take the bike and return it to Citibike. Thank you!
