I am a resident of Raleigh and use the sidewalk to walk. The west side of Leadmine Rd from Vestavia Woods to Opal Dr has vegetation and limbs growing over the sidewalk that impairs the use of the sidewalk and is potentially dangerous for those of us who walk in the am before daylight hours. Even during daylight hours, one has to bob & weave to avoid the vegetation.
Is the City able to enforce cleanup along these sidewalk areas?

Add the sidewalk that parallels Lynn Road between Dresden and Valley Estates. Anyone attempting the walk there must carry a machete. The owners/renters/residents seem to be unaware that their vegetation needs to be trimmed to facilitate reasonable usage of the sidewalks.
A strong suggestion to anyone from the City of Raleigh who checks these things is to try making a left hand turn from Valley Estates Dr onto Lynn Road. The observer will find that determining a safe distance is a "crap-shoot" because the overgrowth of vegetation allowed by the resident at 6604 Valley Estates Dr. That wide vegetation impedes the side walk as well.
