How long do these type of requests stay "Open"? It was submitted a week ago, but the ticket hasn't been acknowledged. I think abandoned cars with expired tags need to be acknowledged right away!

Now the car is parked in owners driveway with a mattress blocking the license plate. Tags are still expired & owners are making an effort to hide any info. 3541 Brickwall Ln.

This car is still inoperable, tags are expired & in owner's driveway. The house they live in is also overgrown & trash everywhere. Their kids climb on the community mailbox & the mailbox is starting to fall down. When will the issue with their car be addressed? Also, very frustrating!
