Friday night of Fool’s Festival closed and blocked 3/4 of Bank Street. There was no public notice of this and there was poor signage at the intersecting streets (Pine and Saint Paul). Please improve the communication of this infrastructure impact. Especially with existing road closures, this is inconsiderate and inconvenient, made more so without the communication.
