Description

Two concerns. The first is an extremely dangerous situation; cars run the stop sign on east bound Severn Rd trying to beat the cars coming eastbound on Obrecht who have no stop sign. This is happening daily and yesterday at 12:30 pm a woman on Severn rd was going about 50 mph racing us past the stop sign. We were not going that fast as the speed limit is 30 mph. Her license plate was 994-7Z2 historic Maryland and she was driving an old Honda Accord. People are also not stopping completely as they drive westbound on Obrecht threatening the eastbound traffic. These are people who are playing some kind of dangerous game with the life of others.
Monday and Tuesday 07/29-07/30 there were 4 skate boarders on the corner of Jumpers Hole & Obrecht playing on the full Obrecht right lane( westbound). I came around that corner slow and they scared me. A truck came faster behind me and honked ( he seemed mad). I saw them again on Tuesday as I was going eastbound this time. My family is avoiding this road as it is very dangerous.
