Hello Stephanie. Just an FYI. The city no longer monitors See Click Fix for Service request. They have a better system now. Simply go to the Cities website, at http://www.richmondgov.com/ and click on the 311-RVA icon on the upper right side of the page. That will provide you the means to report this issue to the proper department. Thanks for making a difference in our neighborhood.
