Description

This appears to be a soda bottle filled with URINE. It is inside our fence. It seems that the two homeless trailers that part overnight on 6th AVE & 10th. are throwing their trash over the fence, and putting raw sewage in the gutter. I took photos of the license plates on both vehicles, and neither is registered. trash is on public and private property. I spoke to one of the trailer occupants, and he admitted dumping the trash. Neighbors are complaining of loud music etc. at night from the homeless vehicles.
