This camp was in an abandoned parking lot. They were still there in the spring of 2014. They were later made to leave, and a fence was put up around the lot. They haven't been back since. This issue should be closed.

A new camp has come there.

Now there are trailers parked there. Many people are loitering. More people harrassing drivers at the stop light. It doesn't feel safe to walk home from home depot.

All the city needs to do is enforce the parking laws regarding trailers and the 72 hour law
