The situation has not changed at the light and this have been a very long time that this has been open.

The issue during traffic is still unbendingly clear that the lights are times wrong and that one light does not stop traffic in time enough so when the other light changes cars are not piled up in the intersection where cars cannot pass and the light ahead does not change fast enough to clear it out before the cross traffic light turns red and sometime no car get through. It has been at least 6 month to a year and nothing has been done about it. I do not know why you have this system if you are not going to take advantage of it.
