"Greetings. There is a tree in the front of my home at 29 Valley Rd. that has dead limbs, but it is on city property (less than 4 feet ...less than 2 feet...from the road--it borders the road) and near power lines. I don't want to cut the branch because it is near the power lines...and it is the city's tree. Last year during a storm a branch came down and I was happy to take care of it but this branch is too close to the power lines. I tried looking on UI's website but found no help. So, you're my last option. "
