Description

Splash pad timer appears to not be working and people are using it late into the night. Please reset so that it turns off in the evening, as it has always been. Thank you.

The guy who goes with his son opens it with a wrench I seen him do it a little while ago.

This has become an issue of noise after 9pm. also today two homeless men were showering in the splash pad during the day.
