Description
I routinely drive by this dilapidated building on the right side of Capital when leaving downtown and am disgusted by its appearance. The other day, I stopped for the first time to check out what the newly painted shop was. It was then that I discovered the overhang of the other parts of the strip mall literally falling apart over people's potential heads. This is right in front of the scooter shop and some other place. How on Earth is this to code/safety standards? This whole strip needs to be shut down until renovated and made safe or demolished!
