They are really not looking but the debris field is in the concrete median where heading south onto the I45 ramp it is on the left hand side. Or if exiting I-45 onto N. Houston it is on the left hand side. Circled in red.

I know exactly the spot your talking about. Problem is that it's not on the street so CoH cannot understand why you care.

Yeah I guess they are just waiting until that crap gets washed into the drain next big storm and blocks it up shutting Houston Ave down because it's flooded.
