I should add that the line of trucks
continues after the crossing too. About 10 trucks at least total.

this complaint makes no sense cement trucks have to stage, from the picture i see no issue.

The issue is not with the staging. Typically there are staff present who are directing car traffic and pedestrians when there is a lot of truck traffic at the site. Yesterday a whole lane of traffic was occupied for two blocks but there was no staff present to direct cars and pedestrians to keep them safe. That is the reason I posted.
