Yes, and it is much harder to get by on a narrow sidewalk with bikes locked to signposts.

After we sited a bike rack nearby, the property owners on the corner have requested a rack not be placed there due to mobility concerns, which we have accepted as the rack location is not ideal. Please let me know if bikes locked to signs are still an issue.
