Saw people coming in and out of
Property with booze bottles early this morning. HPD has been called to the property dozens of times to clear it out. Can the property owner be charged for their time. This is absolutely ridiculous to have to live next to this. Come on Midtown, come on Houston, please get this owner to clean and secure the property.

Hi - what is the update on this issue? The property is still abandoned, still burnt down, and poses a safety concern to the community. Do we know the timeframe the owner was given to work with the Habitability Department? I see this property has been reported by other people in separate posts as well. Thanks
