Description
There is white van with 5 dogs and homeless living inside it parking at the corner of C St and Elmhurst for more than 6 months. The dogs poo all over sidewalk and the homeless using sidewalk to repair other vehicles. The tires and gasoline tanks and tools are all on the sidewalk the residents cannot walk thru. Please come to remove all stuffs and return clean and safety living environment to neighborhood.
