Please remember Madison Avenue when planning for and cleaning up after Lark Fest and similar events. Hundreds of people covered the streets and sidewalks from Lark to Knox most of them drinking or drunk. There were issues with people walking into traffic, blocking traffic, harassing drivers etc. A group of six ATVs drove up and down Madison throughout the day and night popping wheelies. There was little police presence on Madison and when larkfest was closed down, more of the crowd went around the corner to Madison where they remained until the early morning hours without safety and security meaures. No clean up of any kind took place on Madison except what a couple residents did themselves including significant trash and broken glass.
