R. I brought my recycling bin to the street yesterday evening and my recycling was not picked up/ emptied this morning. My next door neighbor's recycling was picked up/emptied. Not sure why mine was missed. Since it is full, is there anything you can do to assist with this issue? Thank you. Joe Leizear
