Description
On ECR heading northbound towards Atherton, right-hand traffic light at NE corner of Encinal Ave. does not turn green when the main light turns green. Sorry the photo isn't taken at the best angle, but the traffic light in the center is green, but the right-hand traffic light shows a whitish circle when it should be green. I was on my bike on ECR directly facing the light and waiting for it to change from red, so a little confusing for me when the green light didn't go on. Thanks in advance for your help.

Hi Lydia,
Traffic signals on State Routes like El Camino Real and Willow Road are owned and maintained by Caltrans. We, however, share in the cost of the maintenance since the side streets are in Menlo Park. .
