The ditch/drain pipe extending from 3321 Adrian Avenue westward to Creek Ln is broken and clogged causing severe flooding in the neighboring driveways. There is NO flow in the ditches as a result, the street becomes a river.

There is NO flow in these ditches, they are completely blocked. The water was past my ankles deep in the driveway and street.
It should also be acknowledged that when the surveyors were out they noted a sinkhole starting.

A neighbor commented that there is a Verizon box in the ditch as well that floods to the top and he continually retrieves the lid from a neighboring yard and places it back on top.
He too is having driveway erosion because of the flooding and has noticed the concrete mailbox at 3323 is starting to sink and the driveway has cracked.
