Water pooling from alley way.
*when the city had alley re-paved the alley was raised and sloped. Now anytime it rains the side of garage floods. I paid a contractor to install gutters on both the front and rear of the garage but the problem persists. I am hoping the city could pave the portion of the alley in front of my garage to detour the water to go toward the sewer instead of my foundation.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

In reference to the TRAINS stalling and being stopped. The Hammond Police Department cannot help correct this issue. Citations do not change the situation in which we all deal with. They are federally controlled. Any issues should be addressed the state or federal level.
