  Growing problem in Alameda. This location often has folks sleeping in their vehicles. Other similar problems exist on Clement Ave. by FAAS, the Wind River Parking lot, and keep an eye on 5th St. by Alameda Landing. Oh, also Shoreline Dr. now has its share of overnight vehicles. ⏰ ⏰ ⏰...

  Sending this to Lt. DeRespini as it sounds like homeless liaison issue. If it turns out to be an abandoned vehicle/parking issue instead, I will send the AV Tech out to check on it. Thanks.
