Description

Dangerous “donuts” with large crowd at Skyline & Redwood intersection at 7:15 pm Sunday 11/10/19. Intersection needs immediate rotary/roundabout to be built before someone is killed. People standing in street near the dark circling cars with headlights turned off. Hurry.
