There are 2 people that live in this house who pan handle for money when you drive down the street. The house has rubbish of all kinds laying around outside and a pungent odor coming from their house.

This house can not pass housing codes and is not suited for living. The individuals who live inside stop cars to ask for money while smoking marijuana and don't accept food or water. They just want money.

Please have the city or police look into this lot or house.

This street has 8 new builds within 500ft of it and is 600-800 ft from a new kids park.

This is one of 2 houses used as key drug distribution point in addition to a house of prostitution. They use bicycles circling the area to vet potential drug buyers in addition to the lookouts mentioned in the original report to avoid police.

I tried out the HPD Patrol slip - on line with quick action - last night I noticed a patrol car with search light - checking out several blocks around this property; They can't be there all the time but That's really good progress!. Also - I called 311 and found they were tracking 3 addresses related to this issue - 4211, 4213 and 4215 Koehler.

Several CofH folks have verbally told me that the owner/developer is in the process of obtaining a demolition permit from the city. I noticed a couple of workers exposing the utilities which could mean they are preparing to wipe the lot or they could be tying in service to the adjacent new houses. As this single property is still a high risk to the community - let's keep focus until it's resolved.

Good news- thanks yo city of houston code enforcement it looks like the owner is moving ahead with demolition! There has still been heavy 'walker' traffic during the night on Though streets but this will go a long way to cleaning things up.
