You wouldn't have this problem anymore if you would CLEAN OUT THE ENCAMPMENT IN THE PARK.

The city is discriminating against those people who live in this neighborhood by tolerating this encampment. The city would not tolerate people camping in a wealthier neighborhood. Why is that?
