INFRASTRUCTURE: Repeated requests to have the corner infrastructure repaired.

CITY REFUSE CONTAINER NEEDED: Can you install a refuse container in front of the stores? Patrons have no place to throw away their food and wrappers. I note that the city places its own refuse containers in front of other small grocery stores around the city. One is needed here.
