FOURTH REQUEST
Neighbor still parking on road after repeatedly telling code enforcement they will park elsewhere. According to Code Enforcement Citizens Guide 2019, Sarasota County Code, Unified Development Code, Chapter 124, Section 120(d), Parking or storing of recreational vehicles or boats on a public right of way or vacant property is prohibited. Your earlier response was to contact Sheriff. Referred back to Code Enforcement as specified violation.
