A. Collisions occur weekly as drivers try to turn left across traffic. People in wheelchairs and small kids struggle across the unmarked intersection to catch the bus on Lockwood Ridge, vehicles travelling at 45 mph and over. There is heavy foot travel and pedestrians visit Marathon, Ked Plasma and other businesses along Lockwood Ridge. The SCAT bus stops on both sides of the road are used constantly, and many passengers are handicapped or elderly.
