Thanks. However it is disappointing that it is taking so long to get the fence fixed. This photo was taken when I first reported it. Although part of the fence has been straightened up since then, there's still a gap. They aren't making much of an effort.

FYI: erosion measures must be checked at least every 7 days and within 24 hours of a rainfall event greater than 0.5 inches.

Thats fine, although it is unclear whether action by the City (a fine, or a warning) was responsible for the fence finally being repaired or whether the builders just finally got around to fixing it after months of flouting the rules. The yard was graded about the time that the fence went back up. I suspect it was repaired as a part of that work. So I'm disappointed that the City probably never took any enforcement action. With all due respect there's not much point in having these rules, and this system of reporting problems, if nothing is done.
