Description

I am at 260 Edgewood ave, New Haven and this is my neighbor. There is trash all over the sidewalk and pouring into the road.

I need to know if the city of New Haven will be cleaning it up within 24hrs, additionally, why allow citizens, human beings to discard any and everything on the road side? Plain nasty and disgusting in this country we call GREAT!!
