while I was driving on 100 W, a mile or 2 before Hanover exit, I driving over a bring the debris from the bridge cracked my windshield.

For your records, MD-100 is a State road, maintained by State Highway Administration, not Anne Arundel County Bureau of Highways. Please contact them to report your issue.
