You would still need to call and report it so it can be logged and checked. If vehicle is registered, and parked on a city street legally, we cannot make it move. An officer would have to respond and check and see if someone is living in this vehicle or not. Regardless of a cruiser parked across the street or not. Thanks.

I also just checked the logs, there have been zero calls from anyone about this vehicle being parked there.

I’ve reported it on here before... he spends a while in this location and then move to Home Depot.. he has been kicked out of Walmart already.. he moves spot to spot .. I will call next time I see him..
