I certainly tried to deal with it. DPW has responded well in past. I tried to move it also, but it is too heavy. Do you understand that? Go back to frying your fish.

Last Thursday I called Code Enforcement, who found that the garbage can was filled with frozen garbage, which wouldn't empty when tipped into the garbage truck. DPW returned to the scene and replaced the can with an empty one, bringing the frozen can to the DPW garage. Thanks to Jim Cashel of Code Enforcement for taking care of this so quickly.

Dean & Jim; Thanks for your efforts. There is still a garbage can blocking the sidewalk, but the sidewalk hasn't been shoveled so no one uses the sidewalk there.

I was finally able to move it, when I was over there shoveling out the hydrant and snoblowing ifo 1615 so folks could walk the street.
