Description
Northbound Smith St traffic is unable to see the signal @ Railroad until the very last minute due to trees on the SouthEast corner and the fact that Smith curves to the right @ Railroad.
The trees should be trimmed to allow the signal to be seen at the very least. However, a south facing signal on the NorthWest corner pole would allow trafic to see the signal as far south as the BNSF grade crossing. Trees grow back!
Use a lightset from one of the many signals that are on but serve no use other than an electric bill like Hidden Valley @ Corona or the old Fire Station signal on South McKinley @ the BNSF grade crossing.

I'm sorry, but just what do you mean by "signals have been addressed"? I just drove through the intersection this afternoon and unless I missed something, the trees were still obscuring the northbound signals and no new southbound facing signal has been installed.
I don't really care what the signal's "address" is as I have no reason to need to know their "address", I just want to be able to see them from the BNSF grade crossing. Will you please clarify what the heck you are going to do! Thanks.
