Description

This building (which caught on fire on Dec 7) is a danger and nuisance. It is on the corner of Stuart and La Branch and is now a partially burned abandoned building with trash/debris inside and all around it. There are people living in it and dumping waste all around the property, which is not properly fenced. There have been reports of gang activity, prostitution, and other dangers to the neighborhood. It is very close to schools.
