Description

Going down (westbound) 14th Ave., The left turn arrow (to turn onto 19th Ave., or E. 29th St.) does not appear in the cycle. This causes people to either turn on a red light or to not go where they want to go. This occurred yesterday morning and this morning. I don't know about other times. The signal needs to be reprogrammed to fix this.
