Inspector will check for high grass; the registration issue has already been addressed by Code Enforcement and Law Department; illegal workers is not something that the Building Department handles; if there are suspected illegal workers living in this house, this problem should be reported to the Federal Immigration Service

Zoning will check on truck issue

9/19/13- Zoning Dept: went to site yesterday to take photos- tree trimmers had the road blocked. Will return for truck issue.

the trash and storage on back deck are still there this house has no gutters at all and truck is still parked missing wheel

we should be enforcing all matters of complaint not picking and choosing what issues to fix!!!!

how is that possible we have not heard back from zoning about truck and at and rate this should be forwarded to CPD and for building goes the code states very clearly that any one, two, or three family dwelling shall have gutters and leaders to the appropriate drainage so this house has no gutters at all and the trash and moldy mildew storage of stuff on deck stinks when wet this needs cleaned up

9/26/13 No junk/trash on rear deck. The grass issue, albeit minor, because grass was mowed, however they need to weed whip along certain areas. Posted 7 day order for this. The gutter/d.spout issue will be addressed once owner registers. Zoning to handle the motor vehicle issue.(photos in file)

9/26/13- Zoning Dept: at site today. Truck will be addressed, plus a red Mitsubishi was parked on the south side of the property on the grass. This will be addressed also. Letter to owner of property going out with rules/ regs for storage- parking of vehicles.

in progress..... Thank you all for helping clean this place up, we have children at learning center everyday and that kind of stuff does not reflect good on our children....... thanks for fixing issues!!!!!!!
