Owners of 155 Belmont Avenue failure to maintain the train gutters on said property has caused / is causing considerable damage to the adjacent structural wall belonging to 157 Belmont Ave. From the attached picture, a section of 157 Belmont's semi attached wall adjacent to155 Belmont shows considerable mortar erosion due to 155 Belmont gutters being full of foliage compost, leaves, roofing material and plants. This causes water not to B let away from the property. Result is a steady stream of water cascading down the wall of 157 Belmont and as a result eroding the mortar for me between the bricks of 157 Belmont wall. The damage is increasing and has manifest inside the living space of 157 Belmont. My fear is this will compromise Integrity of the wall with a motor is being you wrote it.
