Sewer is missing Grate,It`s been dropped to the bottom of the sewer,which is a sewage outlet for a half a dozen homes.There kids soccer balls and other trash being dropped into it.Neighborhood sewage systems are gonna backup if left unchecked.Also neighbors need access to and from their garages.
