Description

Sweeper could not clean because a group of men on their vehicles refused to move and they don't live near by 92nd ave. City of Oakland vehicle was behind sweeper truck but he/she ( ticket person) just passed by without even looking at the men blocking all the spaces. Now our 92nd avenue is full of their trash
