This location had some damaged detection devices and had to be placed on a recall setting. Once these devices are completely repaired, we will take left turns off the recall setting and the traffic signal will operate normally. The repair will be done in the next 3 weeks.
I will close this issue at this point, but if the repairs are not completed in 3 weeks please reopen the issue and we'll make sure it gets taken care of.
