Inspected w/D. Miller on 5/8. No obvious damage to the structure or the pipes. Resident told us that the area had been dug up a few years back to replace the line over which the defect is now present. This is most likely the result of poorly compacted soils over the pipe and around the structure at this location. Can be backfilled and monitored. Thank you for your inquiry.

Our staff back filled the sunken area with Stone and Topsoil.
