Seriously call the non emergency number, or better yet, walk over there and nicely ask that they quiet their dog down. Maybe they arent even home. Why waste time posting every single thing you want to complain about?

Well I'm sorry, I'm not the one leaving my 3 dogs crated in the house for 12 hours and letting them out at midnight and leaving them out till 5am without food or water,and I'm not the one who leaves there feces all over the driveway and doesn't clean it up. If it bothers you turn your notifications off

Its impossible to talk to them because there hermits and never leave there house. They don't even answer the door for police officers

If it is that big of an issue, call the dog warden and the police. Yes it is annoying that you have to deal with barking but you cant do anything until quiet hours. If they are legitimately leaving dogs out that bark from 12-5am call the cops. You complaining here does NOTHING.
