Per BCO 18-111: any loose trash/debris and any broken and/or interior-purposed furniture must be removed from the exterior of this property; any recyclable items need to be in wheeled “toter” containers and stored properly, away from the front of the property, on non-collection days.

Please address this reported issue with expediency and thank you for your cooperation.

Sent PM another message asking him to get the recycle toters out of the front yard.

Unfortunately there's been no communication from the owner and while trash is gone the toters continue to be left in the front yard, albeit changing positions.

Issued municipal ticket number 87638 for violation of chapter 18- 111 (c) of City Ordinances. Leaving toters out in front yard of rental property since March 6.

I'm closing this because a ticket has been issued. If this is going on next week we'll start with a new report. It's easier to track that way.

Great. Thanks for the very thorough follow through on this. It seems the same property management company has issues with recycling and trash at a number of locations.
