Opis

I recently moved into a home on La Branch Street. This structure is present at the corner of Stuart and La Branch. It is an eyesore, a hazardous property, has already caught fire, and harbors vagrants and criminal activity. I have already had a criminal issue with someone who entered this property. Please take steps to have this property demolished or rebuilt.

Students from the nearby high school Houston Academy for International Studies (HISD) and Houston Community College must walk by this structure also. It creates a very unsafe environment. This has been a problem for over 1 year

Please, please, please someone needs to do something about this horrible safety hazard! I have complained about this place for months and it’s just getting worse, homeless living in the abandoned building, fire started, etc. Do we need to sign a petition or something? Please advise. Jenny Masters

I agree, this abandoned burnt down property is a hotspot for criminal activity and poses a serious safety hazard for the community, including the HCC campus. What can we do to have this building torn down and cleaned up?

Only one of the buildings was removed. The second building is still standing, still a hazard, still unsecured, and still frequently occupied by vagrants. What is the plan for this structure?
