Deskripsyon

There is an aggressive large black dog that is allowed to roam Lord Avenue. The owner lives toward the end of Lord Avenue and apparently has no regard for the Brunswick dog ordinance.

Yes I live on Kenworth ave, is the dog big black and some white fur? He is nice, but hangs out in my back yard and I cannot figure out where he comes from
