Description
This resident's dog is constantly barking. The dog is left outside for most of the day and is often heard barking at night. The nuisance has been reported to Animal Control and we were told that the resident has been notified. However, the resident continues to leave their dog outside and the dog is constantly barking. This has been going on for about a year and a half. This dog is not trained properly and should be kept inside the house.
